What is The Culture Club?
The Culture Club is an employee appreciation subscription box service. Boxes are filled with items suitable for the workplace. You simply place an order for your employee(s) and a unique box is delivered every quarter so your employee(s) feels appreciated for their hard work year-round.
How does it work?
It's pretty simple. You subscribe for an employee or your whole team. Since this is a quarterly subscription box service, orders are reoccurring and are processed quarterly (4x per year).
Can I order for my whole team?
Yes! You can place an order for multiple boxes going to the same address by simply increasing the quantity of a box or adding multiple boxes to your cart. If you need to have boxes sent to different addresses, you can upload a spreadsheet with the addresses during the checkout process or email to email@example.com and we can handle the processing on our end.
Do I have to subscribe?
No, you can order the current quarterly subscription box as a one-time purchase. The benefit to the subscription service is to show appreciation consistently and it takes the added burden of employee appreciation logistics off of management.
Where's my box?
One-time orders are shipped out within 5-10 working days of purchase unless otherwise noted. All subscription boxes ship out at the same time. New subscribers will receive their first box within 5-10 days of purchase and future boxes will follow the below quarterly shipping schedule. NEW DATES: The shipping schedule is as follows:
Why can't I just do this myself?
You can! In fact, I used to. But for busy managers, it's hard to find the time and creativity to come up with and implement employee appreciation gifts or activities. The benefit of our employee appreciation subscription box service to managers is the time savings as well as cost savings. By subscribing to the service you can relax knowing that you are incorporating appreciation into your work culture on a regular basis. And because we purchase our items in bulk, we are able to provide high quality items at a much lower cost than if you were to purchase each item on your own.
How are the products sourced?
We do our absolute best to source items locally to help support small businesses. One of the ways we are able to include such great products is by partnering with our vendors and purchasing items in bulk. Can I request certain items in my box?
Unfortunately to keep subscription costs as low as possible, we are not offering product selection requests for our subscription boxes. We do however work with many businesses to develop custom boxes for their teams. Drop us an email if you want to discuss custom employee or client appreciation gifts at email@example.com.
Can I transfer a subscription?
Yes. Since employees come and go, you can easily cancel your subscription or transfer it to a new employee. Just login to your account to manage your subscriptions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. We hope you don't but you can. Just login to your account to cancel your subscriptions or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
